The Series X Generation 3 (G3) display range continues Hatteland Technology’s proven approach to professional maritime monitors, delivering a reliable, long-life solution designed for seamless integration in demanding shipboard environments. Built on the established FormFit principle, G3 units retain the same physical dimensions and form factors as their predecessors, making retrofitting and system upgrades straightforward while preserving existing installations.

The G3 range advances a trusted platform with updated internal technology, including a modernized I/O architecture and video scaler, while maintaining the familiar look, feel, and operational behavior integrators rely on. User interfaces, SCOM connectivity, and factory-configured options remain consistent, ensuring continuity across generations and minimizing the need for retraining or system redesign.

Designed with full backward compatibility in mind, the G3 enables a smooth transition from G2 systems through a broad selection of adapter cables and custom expansion options. This ensures effortless integration with legacy equipment while introducing expanded connectivity to support current and future display requirements.

Based on a 19-inch LED-backlit TFT panel with MVA technology, the display delivers a native SXGA resolution of 1280 x 1024 in a 5:4 aspect ratio, offering clear, stable imagery across a wide range of detectable input resolutions. With high contrast, wide viewing angles, and dimmable backlighting from 0–100%, the G3 is well suited for navigation, automation, and monitoring applications in varying lighting conditions.

The display supports multi-power AC and DC operation and features robust Glass Display Control™ (GDC) behind the front bezel, providing IP66 protection while allowing intuitive access to brightness, power, OSD menus, status indicators, and integrated buzzer and light sensor functionality. A comprehensive set of modern and legacy interfaces including DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C, VGA, Ethernet, and multiple serial connections ensures flexibility for combining data sources, control signals, and system management within a single, dependable display platform.
