Question
My NavNet display has a good GPS fix on the display with GPS connected. However, I have no GPS position fix across the network on my other displays. Why does this only work on the display it is connected to?
Solution
It sounds as though your NavNet system may not be configured correctly. Since it appears that the GPS is working properly on the one display it is connected to, you may have an interface set-up issue. Please try the following steps to share the GPS data throughout your system.
1) Select [OUTPUT THROUGH NETWORK] only on the display with GPS connected.
2) Select GGA, VTG, ZDA sentences.
NOTE: No network position information is possible on networked displays with [NAV SOURCE SETTINGS] set to [FURUNO BB GPS]
