Show True Sonar On Your Furuno NavNet TZtouch3 MFD

With these new kits, virtually any VGA or HDMI video source can be viewed on your NavNet TZtouch3 display, opening up an exciting new world of possibilities for your helm.

Camas, WA - Furuno USA has introduced two affordable kits for importing external video sources into their NavNet TZtouch3 line of Multi Function Displays (MFDs). The VI-CSH8L kit allows for importing of video from the CSH8LMK2 Omni Sonar, a popular choice for professional anglers and serious sportfishers. The VI-CSH8L kit can also import video from the Furuno CH250 or CH300 Sonars, or from any source that outputs VGA video.

The second kit, the VI-HDMI, was developed to easily import streaming video from sources such as DVD/BluRay players, PCs, and other electronics that offer HDMI output, such as Furuno's own CH500/CH600 Searchlight Sonars and FCV1900 Fish Finder.

Using these kits is as easy as connecting your video source to the converter, then connecting the converter box to your NavNet TZtouch3 network. From there, Furuno has made it simple to add the new video source to any NavNet TZtouch3 MFD, including the ability to create custom pages that you can select from the Edge Swipe menu. Virtually any video source with a resolution up to 1920x1080 (1080p) can be imported to your NavNet TZtouch3 network, and the video is scaled to fit your NavNet TZtouch3 screen without becoming distorted or covered by data boxes, allowing you to view navigation data without obscuring the imported video source.

With these new kits, virtually any VGA or HDMI video source can be viewed on your NavNet TZtouch3 display, opening up an exciting new world of possibilities for your helm. You can learn more about these versatile new kits from Furuno in their First Look Video.
