The LC90 is a super compact receiver designed to provide all the features necessary for safe and efficient navigation aboard any size boat. In most display modes, the large 5-line Liquid Crystal Display clearly shows all system data. The top 2 lines provide either Lat/Lon or TD position, while the remaining 3 lines present the operator's choice of computated navigational information. Additional lines at the top and bottom of the display give constant readout of alarm and system status functions.
Housed inside a rugged diecast aluminum, the LC90 has a splashproof membrane keypad to control all operation. Both the keypad and LCD display have variable backlight for convenient nighttime operation.
Once local Lattitude and Longitude have been entered, operation is completely 'Hands Off.' The LC90 will automatically select the master and secondaries, compensate for ASF and magnetic variation, and set all 6 notch filters to eliminate interference. If desired, however, all automatic functions may be manually overridden by the operator.
